FOY For You is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance user experiences for web and mobile applications through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and user flows.
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in visual elements and branding across all platforms.
- Test and validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative design solutions.
- Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs.
- Ensure designs are optimized for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and process.
Skills:
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
- Ability to stay updated with design trends and tools.
