Ekjunction.com is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and reach out to potential clients or customers within the assigned territory.
    • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional.     
  • Market Research and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
  • Field Visits:
    • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients face-to-face.
    • Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and pricing

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience up to 2+ years of Field Sales experience, preferably in same field

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude 

Nice to Have:

  • Sales Certifications: CSP, CSE, or other sales certifications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry/field].
